1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Wayve ("the Service"), provided by HopSync Technologies LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Wayve provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS. Plans are delivered digitally via email.
3. Eligibility
You must have an eSIM-compatible device to use our service. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase.
4. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Your plan begins when you first connect to a network at your destination
- Plans expire after the stated validity period, regardless of data usage
5. Refund Policy
- Unused eSIMs (never connected to a network) may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used or expired plans are not eligible for refund
- Refund requests should be sent to support@wayvesim.com
6. eSIM Usage
- Each eSIM is for single-device use only and cannot be transferred
- Deleting an installed eSIM is permanent — it cannot be reinstalled
- Use of the service for illegal activities is prohibited
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in service termination
7. Limitation of Liability
Wayve provides connectivity through third-party carrier networks. We are not responsible for network outages, speed variations, or coverage gaps beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM plan.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
